Blogeasy was parked up for a couple of days. Had the hosting or domain been allowed to expire? It is all pretty odd, especially for a blog site. At least it is back and my efforts to build up this PR4 are not in vain – or is this just a temporary reprieve!
Back to normal entries again from tomorrow – here is the babe for today.

At the weekend we watched our obligatory DVD, on this occasion the “Lion the witch and the wardrobe” (or something like that).
Here is a recommendation – do not waste your money on this appalling DVD, it is quite probably the worst film I have ever seen. The dialogue is bad beyond belief, the acting the most wooden you are ever likely to see outside a timber merchants and the “special effects” nothing short of comical. It is so bad I just cannot be bothered writing anything else about it!
Britain bombed in the Davies cup against a couple of countries who did not even exist 10 years ago and the European challenge in the US Masters died, with the exception of the brilliant Jose Maria Olazabal. The south African’s did however keep the rest of the world going with a superb performance by “tiny” Tim Clark and the ever consistent and ultra emotionless Retief Goosen.
No entries over the weekend because my diabolical broadband supplier Tiscali are incapable of maintaining any kind of internet connection for more than a few days at a time without it going into meltdown.
Here is the babe for today.

above - Here is today’s babe
My sister just phoned me and talked through the last 10 minutes of this weeks Jason King episode – I missed the end!
Gene Pitney died this week at 65 years of age. He never stopped touring and was in the middle of a 23 date tour of the UK. Although known for his distinctive voice, he was a prolific song writer and penned many hits for other bands and artists from the early sixties and through the seventies.
I have felt strangely depressed this week - I know not why. I have managed to do everything I planned to do, plus booked a holiday and come up with a brilliant idea for a remake of cult 1960’s TV serial, “The Avengers”. I would of course take the role of John Steed, whilst I thought that the athletic Javine Hylton could take on the part of Emma Peel. It would of course have a greater connection between the two main characters than was ever the case in the original.
I forgot to add the babe pic to my general moaning yesterday, so I have found something a bit different for today.
She is oriental, but where as one of my all time favourite oriental babes Masako Natsume (Tripitaka in Monkey) is a hot babe who plays the role of a boy priest, this pic is of a “babe” (I use the term very loosely) who was originally a man! – yes, she is the winner of the Chinese Miss transexual title and I must confess that from the pic below I would be hard pressed (definitely not a pun) to tell.
It looks like bird flu has reached Britain. Blair will be delighted, something else to distract the press and TV coverage away from his dissemination of British culture and heritage. But I should not mock, there is something in the region of a 50 million to one chance that Blair might contract the disease and die. I would wish the same on the Tory leader, but he is so forgettable that I cannot recall his name and the Liberal leader, well he is so old he is likely to drop at any moment anyway.
So finally, here is the tran-babe.

Although an SEO, I rarely comment on search engine related activities here, but on this occasion I am making an exception.
I have just read an article on SPLOGGING, the black hat SEO activity of creating fake blogs to promote a site, service or product and gain page rank with the SE’s.
I have known about this practice for a couple of years, but had no idea that there were now pieces of software available that can generate up to 100 new blogs in 30 minutes.
The activity is however a pointless one, google have some highly sophisticated anti splogging algo’s and blog visitors are now savy enough to spot the typical, “poorly dressed up” splog within seconds.
So why do webmasters and so called SEO’s splog?
For a very small number of SEO’s (who like me) are academically qualified in this field, there are ways of getting a real benefit from blogs, but it still takes proper work and the content has to be real. The rest, just follow like sheep and, failing to see the subtle nuances of how this is done, assume that reeling off blog after blog will work – it does not. The real tragedy is that the accessibility and ease of bloging to none IT web users is been harmed by this practice and ultimately for no ones real gain.
This site, blogeasy, is undoubtedly the biggest culprit of splogger support and should take action now to remove a good 80% of so called web logs that are in reality nothing more than promotional splogs. The problem is (in typical vicious circle syndrome) the generation of all these splogs helps bump up blogeasy’s own perceived value to SE’a and for that reason they tolerate it!
Life on Mars is on every day this week, It actually means that for the first time in at least 10 years I will make the effort to watch something on TV everyday.
Having only been parked in our drive and a company car park, we have noticed a number of clearly deliberate scratches around the wing mirrors of our car. They are not the result of an attempted break-in, or from some manoeuvre, but simply the product of a vermin-ous vandal.
I really pray for the day when I catch a scum bag doing something like this to my, or a member of my family’s property, and I will ensure that they never regain the physical abilities to walk, let alone commit vandalism again. If you think that this is a casual comment, or that I am neither big enough or aggressive enough to deal out that kind of (in my opinion retaliatory) response you would be very wrong. Added to that, the fact that nearly every regional police force in the UK has now openly admitted that they will not make any attempt to solve or prosecute offenders of “minor crimes”, what else are we “law abiding” citizens suppose to do.
The police do of course have plenty of time to stop and fine people for speeding by 3 miles per hours, but when it comes to drunk drivers who kill innocent pedestrians the best a British judge can do is sentence them to 18 months.
Last week a female piece of British teenage shit (14 years of age) spat at a judge in court whilst been sentenced for drunk driving. It was her 2nd offence and, as with the 1st when she was 12, she was banned from driving for 2 years. What the hell kind of punishment is that when you cannot drive until you are 17 anyway – and then only if you have passed your test, obtained tax, insurance and a road worthy vehicle. She should be put down like a sick animal and the judge should be shot at dawn. I hope a member of his family is terminally injured by a similar “out of control” and inadequately disciplined teenager.
Anyway, here is a cool babe!

I am slightly disappointed that, having booked a couple of flights to Spain in July, our overseas friends who are also visiting the same area will be there at different times to us. Perhaps it is deliberate and they are ashamed to be seen in my company!
I finally got to see the 1st episode of the brilliant “Life on Mars” on a re-run last night. Amazingly it was even better than the other episodes and a second series will be out next year. I think one improvement would be to find a bit part for Javine Hylton, possibly as bar maid or local “hooker” – I am certain she would make a superb actress!
Saw the last DVD released Harry Potter movie on Saturday. Personally I thought it was far from the best and looked as if it had been written for, rather than adapted as, a movie. That said it was still entertaining. I also think I would make a brilliant wizard, I would certainly try out some spells on Javine!
Below the babe for today

The closing of zeal by the appalling LookSmart group on 28th March was not, as some are suggesting, a pre-curser to an April the first joke.
The zeal directory has now been permanently closed. It has not been sold on, or used for any other purpose. Attempts are being made to get former zeal contributors to join LookSmart’s latest “dinosaur in waiting”, furl! Hopefully most will have more sense.
Ultimately they will destroy furl in the same way that they have done with zeal and, in the past, grub. LookSmart will shortly be consigned to the “relic of the past” bin themselves – in fact they are already there, they just have not realised it yet.

Does any authority, body, documentary or informative source ever make the effort to tell the truth these days.
Believe me, I am no Tory, but this Blair government has made lying the currency of choice in every situation, be it for advantage, or simply because the effort involved in delivering real facts is considered unworthy of the effort.
What provokes this comment?
I have just had a music channel on TV introducing the highly mediocre singer Pink as a pop sensation who sold 3 million copies of her first album in the UK alone and over 20 million copies world wide. What a load of crap!
Yesterday the international music federation announced the world sales charts for the albums of 2005 with Cold Play coming out top. How many copies did they sell world wide?
Actually 8.3 million. It would appear that Pink can out sell them and the other top 3 bands/artist combined. Who gets paid for this TV research?
A couple of years ago I remember Robbie William’s publicity machine claiming that he had sold 18 million copies of his last release that year. Again, when the actual (impartial and accurate) figures were released it was U2 who were the year’s number one with sales of just over 7 million and having achieved number one status in 27 countries. Robbie Williams CD failed to chart in the single biggest market of all, the USA, from which U2 and most of the other top sales artists achieved nearly 50% of their sales.

My mention of Monkey and its female (although in the guise of male) co-star, has led this blog to get a few hits from people searching for information on this brilliant TV show. I also added a "hidden" page on Masako Natsume on one of my sites with the same result (although that page appears far higher in the searches).
Yesterday also saw a particularly good episode of Jason King, the author come "Department S" detective and the "Kaftan" was in evidence throughout.
I saw an episode from series 3 of 8 Simple Rules last week. Series 1, with the brilliant John Ritter was superb and the follow-up series cleverly used the sentimentality of his death and clever script writting to keep things going. Series 3 is however rubbish - I can see why ABC dropped it.
I see that the wonderful Javine Hylton (I know I said I would not mentione her again) has no official website - I may try to correct thet failing, it depends on how busy I am over the next few weeks.
Here is the daily babe
